Location
On April 27, 2009, Workman Arts embarked on a new journey in its already incredible history by temporarily moving to St. Anne’s Parish Hall at Dufferin Street and Dundas Street West where it intends to make this transitional space an artistic hub. Workman Arts has 12,000 sq. feet of exclusive space in the Hall that includes 3100 sq.ft of training and program space, a 900 sq. ft artist’s studio, a 5400 sq. ft. theatre and booth, storage and office spaces. The location ensures Workman Arts can continue to provide quality programs and services to it’s members and the public.
Workman Arts provides support to the under serviced population of artists who have mental health and addiction issues. Through this support, artists have an opportunity to develop and present their works of art.
